Raw Fruit Tree Honey

Fruit Tree Honey is now available.

At EFC Farms, you will find beehives scattered all around our property. Our bees are kept happy and healthy by our beekeeper, Mick Jager, who is learning from Doc Tari. Doc has been a keeper of bees, a cultivator, and grower of exotic and unique fruit trees in South Florida for well over 40 years.

Raw Fruit Tree Honey from East Fork Creek Gardens

Our bees provide us with delicate and flavorful honey as they gather nectar and other natural nutrients from exotic tropical fruit producing trees such as Sucre & Apple bananas, Carambola, Suriname Black Cherries, Ponderosa lemons, Persian limes, Papayas, Mango, Sugar cane, Tamarind, Jack fruit and rare exotic fruits like Persimmon, Egg fruit (Canastel), Black Sapote and more. Our Fruit Tree Honey is a delicate natural blend of these blooming exotic tropical fruits found on our farm combined with the nectar of the palm trees and mangroves that border our property.

Due to the varieties found on our farm and their time of blooming, our honey will vary in color from “pure fruit blossom” white to a robust dark brown color when our mangroves are in full bloom. We simply extract the honey from the honey comb and screen it. Our RAW Fruit Tree Honey is than bottled and NEVER filtered or mixed with other honey. Customers have claimed that the darker the honey, the more it helps with the local allergy problems and diseases (Cold, Flu etc) that arise in SWFL during the winter.

We seal our corked bottles with wax to lock in all the goodness so you can taste all of nature. We offer the Fruit Tree Honey in several sizes: 2oz, 4oz, 8oz and 1lb bottles. As always, we deliver to our local restaurants and retail stores and have the ability to ship nationwide.
